Abhedyam (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a business management application designed to help shop owners and businesses manage customers, products, inventory, sales, analytics, and daily operations. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Information

We collect your Google account basic profile information when you sign in using Google Login. This may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Google Account ID

We do not collect your phone number or OTP since we do not use phone-based login.

1.2 Business & Customer Data

To provide business management features, we store:

• Customer names and phone numbers
• Customer notes and reminders
• Product details
• Inventory and stock entries
• Sales records and payment status
• UPI links generated for payments

1.3 Location Data

We collect your location only when you choose to navigate to a customer or business location through Google Maps or similar apps.

We do not track or collect background location data.

1.4 Media / File Uploads

We collect media files only when you choose to upload them, such as:

• Product images
• Notebook or invoice photos for AI/OCR processing

1.5 Optional Call Log Sync

This feature is completely optional. If you enable it, we only sync call logs that match customer phone numbers saved in the app. If disabled, no call logs are accessed or collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Manage your account via Google Sign-In
• Store and manage business data
• Provide navigation to customer locations through external apps
• Generate insights, stats, and analytics
• Improve app performance and stability
• Process images through AI/OCR
• Optional call log sync for customer tracking

We never sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely on our backend servers. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS) for all data transfer. Access to data is restricted through authentication and roles.

4. Sharing of Information

We share data only with:

• Service providers required for app functionality (e.g., AI/OCR tools)
• Google APIs (for login and maps redirection)
• Legal authorities only if required by law

5. Your Choices

• Enable or disable location access anytime
• Enable or disable optional call log sync
• Delete any customer, product, or sale
• Request complete account deletion

When your account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed.

6. Children’s Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy when new features are introduced. Major changes will be notified inside the app.
